The owner was incredibly helpful; he even went to the store with my wife to assist in picking out products, and when the price of an item was higher than our budget allowed, he took the initiative to find high-quality materials at a lower cost for us. Throughout the project, he kept us well-informed and was also willing to take on small extra tasks, such as putting up new lights, fixing a window, and repairing a sliding door.
